Why can I only accept Paypal?

Venmo isn’t available for my country.

I live in Europe and I have asked my bank how much it would cost to receive money from maybe the USA or Canada or another country and the fees I’d have to pay would eat half of the payment. This is no option for me and this is the reason why I can accept payment only through paypal. I hope you can understand this.
